I first would like to welcome all of you to Historydocumented.com

We have been very busy, working on interviews and becoming connected with others in our area. I have some video which needs editing. My computer has very little memory left. Lucky for us we received a donation from a current gentleman in service. Mr. Kevin Brogan of the U.S. Navy has sent me a whole new external hard drive. He just returned Home from Iraq a few months ago. We are very grateful. It is friends like him that help us move forward.

2-Person Golf Scramble

Dear Friend:

On June 23^rd, Ski’s will be sponsoring a 2-person charity golf scramble at The Legacy Golf Club to develop a scholarship fund for a young Polish-American student here in the Toledo area.

To ensure the success of this event, we need your help. By becoming a sponsor or by providing needed gifts or a donation, or by participating in the tournament itself, you will help to provide financial assistance to a needy Polish-American student here locally. All donors will receive recognition and a letter of receipt for your tax-deductible donation.

Sponsorship Options

Hole Sponsor

Cost: $100

Sponsor receives one 18 x 24 sign prominently displayed next to one hole.

Golf Cart Sponsor

Cost: $150

Sponsor receives up close and personal signage on all golf carts used throughout the day of the tournament.

Contest Sponsors

Cost: $250

Sponsor receives one sign prominently displayed at the hole or green corresponding to the contest. Only the contest sponsor’s signage will be allowed at the contest holes. There are 2 contest sponsorships available.
